These simple and easy breakfast potatoes are a breeze to make and so delicious to eat. We seasoned them perfectly with a few spices which provided a nice flavor to go along with their crispy crunch.

3 medium potatoes, diced
1 sweet onion, chopped
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp BBQ rub
2 tsp nacho spice nutritional yeast
Instructions
1) Place diced onions, chopped onions, and seasonings in a bowl
2) Toss to incorporate
3) Place mixture on a griddle, panini press, or parchment-lined baking sheet
4) On a griddle or panini press, cook on high for 20 minutes. In an oven, bake at 425 for 15 to 20 minutes
