Looking for a versatile food that could be both a snack and a salad? Okay, I know that is oddly specific, but it will make more sense as you feast on the zucchini, tomato, and basil salad! This meal is sort of the jack of all trades. It can double as a meal or an appetizer, you can eat it with some chips like a pico, or it may serve some other purpose we haven't even thought of. The point is this meal is certainly unique in how it can be eaten in many different contexts. I mean, you could even serve this up at a party!
