Who here likes waffles? "Oo, oo, pick me!" I hear you saying. Okay then, who here likes lobster? "Yup, I sure do!" is what you may have said to that. Well, if that's what you were thinking then you'd be in luck. What we have here is a bit of a special treat in the form of lobster rolls on waffle bread! Now, why did we come up with such a wacky invention? Well, it's fun! We also wanted to make "lobster" for the first time in the style of WFPB since Terry used to absolutely love seafood. When we were originally thinking of eating this way, he had originally stated that he wanted to keep eating fish but was okay with removing other animal products from his diet. However, once he made the choice to become completely WFPB and no longer wanted seafood, we adjusted by creating amazing meals that captured the same seafood taste he loved so much. That's why we've created a lobster roll dish for all to enjoy!
